COLUMBUS, Ohio – Media are invited to attend an event to celebrate the 60th anniversary of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center’s Dodd Rehabilitation Hospital at 5:30 p.m. TODAY at the Ernie Johnson Park, 480 Medical Center Dr., Columbus, Ohio 43210.
For 60 years, Ohio State has forged a tradition of excellence in physical rehabilitation by providing the highest quality care to people with disabling or debilitating injuries and conditions. Ohio State rehabilitation specialists can help individuals regain function and independence when faced with challenges related to spinal cord injury, brain injury, stroke, oncology, neurological disorders, amputation, orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
The anniversary event will include remarks from:- Jay Anderson, chief operating officer, Ohio State Wexner Medical Center
- Amanda Lucas, executive director, Ohio State Dodd Rehabilitation Hospital, East Hospital and Harding Hospital
- Whitney Luke, MD, chair, Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
