Current Research
I have an interest in adolescent and adult migraine, dating to my affiliation at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and developing the pediatric headache program there. I believe patient education and dialogue is very important in managing migraine headaches.
Background
I have been on faculty at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and started the comprehensive Headache Medicine Clinic in 2001. I also have been a consulting neurologist with the Headache program at The Ohio State University for ten years. I am board certified in Headache Medicine and director of the Headache Medicine Fellowship, which is a joint venture between Nationwide Children’s Hospital and The Ohio State University Department of Neurology.
Transitioning to a primarily adult headache practice is opportunity to blend my background in pediatric headache and educational interests with the adult migraine setting.
