Dr. Thornton joined the Ohio State University in 2023 as a Clinical Neuropsychologist within the Department of Neurology. She conducts neuropsychological assessments for diverse patient populations with cognitive concerns due to dementia, movement disorders, stroke, brain injury, epilepsy, and other medical and neurological conditions.

Research interests

  • Diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease and other neurodegenerative conditions.
  • Neuropsychological functioning in neurological disorders.

Clinical interests

  • Neuropsychological assessment for neurology patients with cognitive concerns due to dementia, movement disorders, stroke, brain injury, epilepsy, and other medical and neurological conditions.
