Monica was a graduate assistant athletic trainer at The Ohio State University, working primarily with Olympic sports. She served as the Director of the athletic training program at Columbus public schools and was a staff athletic trainer at Kent State University and The Ohio State University. Monica is a Level 1 certified USA hockey coach and coaches youth hockey in Columbus.
