Shop for items that will brighten someone’s day or make your patient stay more comfortable, such as:- flowers and balloon arrangements
- snacks and beverages
- personal care items
- inspirational and gift items
- baby gifts, including stuffed animals and toys
- seasonal and everyday gifts
Online orders are processed during business hours. If an order is placed outside of business hours, it will be processed next day.
Fresh flower arrangements are available in store, and can also be ordered online through our partner. Please note that patients in Transplant units and The James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute can’t have live plants and flowers due to the sensitive nature of their treatment. Silk arrangements can be purchased through the gift shop for all areas of the hospital.
If you’re looking for scrub apparel and accessories, we’ve partnered with Robert’s Medical Uniforms for direct shipping to your home.
We also offer personalized patient room deliveries free of charge during gift shop business hours. Whether it’s a get-well gift, special occasion or a patient need, no delivery is too large or too small.

Located on the ground floor of The James. Hope’s Boutique caters to patients with cancer, with unique gifts.

As part of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, our Outpatient Pharmacy is uniquely positioned to provide individualized care for our patients. Because we share the same electronic medical record with your Ohio State providers, your providers always know what’s happening with your medications, and we always know about changes to your therapy.
Our goal is to give you a seamless experience; whether you stop by for a one-time prescription or you’re struggling with insurance issues, we’re here to make sure you get your medications safely and as quickly as possible.
