The Scarlet Ribbon Gift Shop
Located in both Rhodes Hall lobby at University Hospital and East Hospital main lobby near the end of the glass walkway. Offers a variety of items, including personal items, cards, flowers, magazines, snacks and soft drinks. The gift shop accepts credit cards, debit cards and digital wallets/tap-to-pay like Google Pay and Apple Pay.
The Rhodes Hall location is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and weekends 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The East Hospital location is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Both locations are closed for university holidays.

Online orders are processed during business hours. If an order is placed outside of business hours, it will be processed next day.
Fresh flower arrangements are available in store, and can also be ordered online through our partner. Please note that patients in Transplant units and The James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute can’t have live plants and flowers due to the sensitive nature of their treatment. Silk arrangements can be purchased through the gift shop for all areas of the hospital.

We also offer personalized patient room deliveries free of charge during gift shop business hours. Whether it’s a get-well gift, special occasion or a patient need, no delivery is too large or too small.

As part of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, our Outpatient Pharmacy is uniquely positioned to provide individualized care for our patients. Because we share the same electronic medical record with your Ohio State providers, your providers always know what’s happening with your medications, and we always know about changes to your therapy.
Our goal is to give you a seamless experience; whether you stop by for a one-time prescription or you’re struggling with insurance issues, we’re here to make sure you get your medications safely and as quickly as possible.
