Experience and Interests

Elizabeth is in her second career as an occupational therapist on the stroke, general rehabilitation, and oncology services. While completing her bachelor degree in business administration, Elizabeth worked in the OT department of a small community hospital. Once in the corporate world, Ms. Holden found herself drawn back to the benefits and value of occupational therapy. Elizabeth has presented on falls as an interdisciplinary approach to OT students at The Ohio State University. Additionally, she has contributed to online health magazines educating readers about energy conservation and work simplification techniques. Ms. Holden has special interest in strengthening Ohio’s first oncology rehab service at Dodd while continuing to contribute to the stroke and general rehab services.
