Biography
I am an occupational therapist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I specialize in inpatient occupational therapy and rehabilitation. My practice focuses on helping hospitalized patients improve their function, independence and quality of life as they recover from illness, injury or other complex medical conditions.
As an occupational therapist with the inpatient rehabilitation team at the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center, I work closely with patients to help them regain the skills needed for everyday activities and a successful transition back to home and community life. I provide individualized evaluations and treatment plans that address each patient's unique goals, abilities and challenges.
I believe rehabilitation is most effective when care is personalized, collaborative and goal-oriented. I take time to understand what is most important to each patient and I partner with them throughout their recovery. My approach emphasizes patient education, skill development and practical strategies – things that empower patients to maximize their independence and participate in the activities that matter most to them.
