Experience and Interests
Jennifer is a physical therapist, clinical instructor and program coordinator for the amputee program at Ohio State’s Outpatient Rehabilitation. She assisted in developing the outpatient amputee program and specializes in treating patients with lower extremity amputations.
Jennifer teaches the amputee/prosthetic modules to Ohio State Physical Therapy students. She participates in a monthly multidisciplinary clinic for Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation patients with lower extremity amputations. She is an Amputee Coalition-certified peer visitor trainer.
Her volunteer efforts include hosting/assisting with events for local amputee support groups and volunteering at a Challenged Athletes Foundation amputee running clinic. In 2010, she spent a week in Haiti providing physical therapy to patients with spinal cord injuries and amputations.
