As a board certified neurologic clinical specialist, Katlyn is a member of the Brain Injury Team, Spinal Cord Injury Team, and Parkinson’s Disease Team, but also treats any neurologic diagnosis with comprehensive care. She also carries additional certifications including LSVT BIG, in Parkinson’s specific training, and is certified through LoveYourBrain to incorporate yoga-based tools into clinical practice. Katlyn is an APTA credentialed Clinical Instructor, which allows her to execute her passion for mentoring and teaching the future generation of physical therapists. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, APTA Neurologic Section, and Ohio Chapter.

Katlyn is certified and trained with multiple rehab technologies including body weight-support locomotor training, Bioness, FES cycling and xCite in order to provide evidence-based, recovery focused therapeutic interventions. Katlyn is very passionate about increasing her patient’s confidence in managing and overcoming their diagnosis, while encouraging engagement in community-based exercise and activity programs for improved overall quality of life.
