About Me
Rose has special interests in ACL injuries, hip injuries and chondral defects. She participates in the education of students, residents, fellows, athletic training students and has a particular affinity for the education of future physician assistants.
As a physician assistant, I specialize in treating joint injuries of the ankles, hips, knees and shoulders. My focus is on providing treatment for knee injuries and performing procedures such as intra-articular injections of the knee with cortisone and hyaluronic acid. I educate all my patients on their condition so they’re able to make informed decisions regarding their treatment options. I’m passionate about helping people regain their mobility and independence. I've seen how these types of conditions can affect other areas of a person's life, and it makes me happy to know I'm able to make a positive impact.
I enjoy working at an academic medical center like Ohio State because of the quality research that has given our patients a variety of treatment options. Our research programs are continually leading to new advancements, which ensure we remain a leading competitor in the health care industry. I completed my undergraduate education at Ohio State, and am proud to remain a part of this institution as a member of an amazingly talented team of providers.
In my free time I enjoy gardening and restoring antiques and leaf castings. I also try to keep in shape by staying active.
