Experience and Interests
Jake is currently the Manager of our Outpatient Lewis Center location. Jake joined OSU in 2015 as IRP between Lewis Center and Healthy New Albany before settling into a full-time position at Lewis Center in January 2016. He previously worked at Gannon University as an Athletic Trainer.
Jake has also been a mentor for our residents as faculty of the Sports Residency Program since 2018. Here Jake has been able to flex his love for developing clinicians, fostering growth, and having perfect day conversations. Jake embodies an authentic leadership style, valuing high quality relationships, strong communication, discipline, and trustworthiness.
In addition to the above-mentioned, Jake has a heart for the professional development of staff. He has a passion for helping people to navigate and meet professional goals to bring clarity to what lies ahead for them in their careers. Jake specializes in the rehabilitation of the weight lifting athlete; specifically power lifters, bodybuilders, olympic weight lifters, high school/collegiate athletes and the recreational lifting athlete.
