Experience and Interests
With a background in collegiate sport participation, Zach understands the multi-faceted needs of athletes. He aspires to bridge the gap between traditional rehabilitation and strength/conditioning. Regardless of age or skill level, Zach believes that every individual should be able to perform the foundational human movement patterns of the squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull and carry to some capacity. All of these motions can be prioritized and scaled to individual skill levels to reduce pain, optimize function and produce a positive training effect. Zach prides himself on treating the whole individual and not only current symptomology. In addition to normal clinic hours, he is an active member of Ohio State's Tactical Rehab and Conditioning (TRAC) program specifically designed to meet the unique rehabilitation and training demands of the tactical operator (firefighters, police officers, military, etc.)
