About Me

As a former collegiate wrestler who underwent four knee surgeries, I am passionate about helping athletes and active individuals overcome injuries and achieve their goals. We’ll create an individualized treatment and rehabilitation plan based on an assessment of your unique needs.

I have a special interest in orthobiologic treatments, like platelet-rich plasma (PRP). This can be a natural and effective method for treating sports injuries, arthritis and tendinitis. I also regularly perform procedures including microfragmented adipose injections, viscosupplementation and bone marrow concentrate (BMC) therapy.

As the director of the Orthobiologics program, I lead our clinical and research efforts focusing on these treatments. I love this aspect of my work because it allows us to deliver the safest, most reliable and most effective treatments. Our expertise in this area has established Ohio State Sports Medicine as the best location in Ohio for these treatments.

I also take great pride in how we perform procedures. We strive to make sure you have the best possible experience. We’re committed to maximizing your comfort and using precision techniques in order to maximize the benefits of your procedure.

We are honored when you trust us with your care and look forward to seeing you!

Assistant spent adequate time with reviewing history and evaluating the problem. Dr.came into the room for a short time, repeated a few exercises and prescribed PT and a cortisone shot. Unfortunately, no appointment for the injection was available for three weeks!
