Experiences and Interests
Connor is a central Ohio native and graduate of Upper Arlington High School, after which he pursued his college baseball career at Walsh University for two seasons before transferring to The Ohio State University to finish his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science. During this time, he was able to garner strength and conditioning experience coaching at Bishop Ready High School, followed by interning with Olympic Strength and Conditioning at Boston College along with privately training NFL athletes. He remained at Ohio State to earn his Master of Science in Health and Exercise Science in 2023. He has particular interest in the implementation of contrast training and accommodating resistance techniques into various strength and conditioning programs.
