About Me
I am a board-certified sleep medicine physician at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I specialize in diagnosing and treating sleep disorders, including sleep apnea, with a particular interest in the use of hypoglossal nerve stimulation. I also encourage the use of behavioral interventions over the use of medications in the management of sleep disorders. My patients can rely on me for high quality, compassionate care and honest communication in every encounter.
I collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of skilled experts to ensure each patient receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs and values. In addition to my clinical responsibilities, I am passionate about educating and mentoring the next generation of providers.
I am a clinical assistant professor of Internal Medicine at The Ohio State University College of Medicine.

Was surprised that a CPAP machine is your only solution to sleep problems. Don't see how that is going to help my anxiety problem.
Meh. I got scheduled for the sleep study, with basically no additional information than what I had already entered in the online survey. Waste of time and money and it would have been better to skip this middle man and go straight from my primary care doctor to the sleep study.

Dr. Chan is an exceptional doctor and spent sufficient time with me to explain my current sleep apnea situation, shared data/software updates with me, suggested possible CPAP devise adjustments, and also overseen that my overall health and sleep apnea condition is being treated as perfectly as possible! Dr. Chan is very knowledgeable, very professional, extremely supportive, and very compassionate in helping me with my sleep apnea condition!
Dr. Chan is very friendly and takes his time to answer all your questions. He never seams to be rushed and I've never had to wait for an extended period of time.
Dr. Chan always is very thorough and never makes you feel rushed. He also responds quickly when I send a message on my chart.
Hes very friendly and knowledgeable about sleep apnea. Was considerate of my feelings about Inspire. My only concern is the he talks very fast and was sometimes difficult to keep up with. Other than that he a good doctor.
