About Me
I am passionate about providing gynecologic and reproductive health care to people of all ages, including children, adolescents and adults. In my practice, I love that I have the opportunity to help my patients make the transition from pediatric to adult care in a seamless way.
I treat patients at both The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and Nationwide Children’s Hospital. My patients trust me to provide compassionate, holistic care. I listen to their needs and always aim to work in collaboration with them to come up with management options that best serve their individual situations.
The most common conditions I treat include differences of sex development, transgender care, uterine and vaginal anomalies, menstrual concerns, abnormal uterine bleeding, contraceptive needs, fibroids, gender-affirming care, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and vaginoplasty.
My research is focused on reproductive care for patients with developmental delay or special needs, differences of sex development, Müllerian anomalies, transgender care and abnormal uterine bleeding. I have several ongoing projects in these areas. I also serve on the research, mentorship and website committees of the North American Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology (NASPAG).
I completed medical school and residency at Ohio State and it’s exciting to be back. I appreciate the collegial environment, which helps us all to provide the best evidence-based medical care possible to our patients. I’m also committed to teaching and exposing Ohio State’s medical students to the gynecology field, and to providing assistance as they progress through training.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially with my dog. I like camping, hiking, backpacking, cycling, running and competing in triathlons. I also love learning new languages, exploring other cultures and traveling.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 09/30/2024, Dr. Fei has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
Dr Fei was informative, helped me pick the right option for me, but also made sure I knew about all options. She was attentive and efficient.
She knows her business
The provider I saw was cordial but not knowledgeable nor up to date on the latest recommendations for pere menopausal/menopausal care. She disregarded my concerns & provided me contradictory recommendations to the latest research I have read. She was very dismissive probably because she is not in that stage of life yet. She needs further training or just to practice on those who are not in that stage of life yet. Furthermore more education as a whole needs to be done within the field of gynecology if it is to serve woman of all stages of life. I will not be back to see Dr. Fei again.
Dr. Fei listen to my concerns and took a step step to check into a situation that no other doctor has done.
Excellent physician, I felt very comfortable
All good.
Didn't listen to the fact that tubal ligation is what I wanted and kept throwing IUD option at me when I had that before and I got repeated infections from it that sent me to ER and then other forms of BC and telling me due to age chances of pregnancy slim to none. This is what I want and hasn't changed in 20 years. I don't want oopsies.
Dr. Fei is extremely professional and I feel lucky to be paired with her as a medical provider.
