I had very good experiences with my care provider.
no bad experience, always good experiences
I have been her patient for 17 years and have always been very satisfied with the world class care I have received!
She was almost 45 minutes late, never addressed any of the health concerns I'd discussed with her assistant or in my original request for the appointment, cut me off when I started to talk about them, and halfway through my visit, while I was in the middle of answering a question she'd asked that might finally have given me an opportunity to explore my health concerns, was summoned away for something she never explained or apologized for (I heard her ask the person outside, "Are they here now?") and didn't return for about ten minutes. By then, she'd obviously forgotten what she'd asked, and when I tried to return to what I'd been saying, she made it plain that she wasn't interested. All she seemed concerned about was trying to get me to take the new experimental vaccine, brushing aside my concerns about the drug and my experiences with friends who'd had very bad reactions to it. She concluded by saying "I just want you to be healthy," a strange thing to say after she'd ignored all my attempts to discuss my health concerns or anything about me outside of some checklist she seemed to be working from.
Excellent care.
My provider is a very excellent person and is very professional. She takes the time to listen to me about concerns I might have and will give me a straight answer. She knowns me very well. I am blessed to have a good provider.
Dr. Macerollo is always pleasant, helpful, caring, and spends as much time as needed with me. I trust her completely.
