I am a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in primary care medicine with an emphasis on overall wellness. I focus on disease prevention, risk modification and lifestyle changes so that individuals can live healthier, longer lives. I provide preventive care for both adult and pediatric patients and regularly treat conditions including hypertension, diabetes, anxiety and depression. I also offer women’s preventive health services.
While I have extensive experience in other health care specialties, I have chosen to focus on primary care medicine because I am passionate about patient education and helping individuals achieve optimal health. My patients can rely on me for a personalized approach that is tailored to their unique needs and values. Whether the journey includes disease management or simply health promotion and prevention, I always strive to support my patients every step of the way.

Nothing but good things to say. She listened thoroughly and asked follow up questions. She provided options for my care that other doctors have never mentioned. Follow up appointments were scheduled before I left the office. Other practices have left it up to me to remember to schedule the next appointment. Overall it was a great experience for my first time here and establishing a new PCP.
