Biography
I am a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in primary care medicine with an emphasis on overall wellness. I focus on disease prevention, risk modification and lifestyle changes so that individuals can live healthier, longer lives. I provide preventive care for both adult and pediatric patients and regularly treat conditions including hypertension, diabetes, anxiety and depression. I also offer women’s preventive health services.
While I have extensive experience in other health care specialties, I have chosen to focus on primary care medicine because I am passionate about patient education and helping individuals achieve optimal health. My patients can rely on me for a personalized approach that is tailored to their unique needs and values. Whether the journey includes disease management or simply health promotion and prevention, I always strive to support my patients every step of the way.

I feel that I received excellent care. I was there for my annual check up but had been battling a respiratory condition on my own for more than a month. I was well taken care of and now on the mend. It didn't occur to me to reach out to my nurse practitioner but I had scheduled the appointment a year ago and received a reminder. It was perfect timing.
