Biography

Sleep plays a vital role in our lives. When we do not get enough rest, every aspect of our life is affected, and sometimes the reason for unrefreshing sleep is unclear. I chose to specialize in sleep medicine because I am passionate about finding answers to my patient’s sleep issues and helping them achieve a greater quality of life.

As a board-certified nurse practitioner with the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine, I carefully evaluate and treat patients with conditions including narcolepsy, restless legs syndrome, hypersomnia, insomnia and sleep apnea. I also help manage sleep initiation and maintenance disorders.

When patients come to see me, they can expect customized care tailored to their individual needs and values. My goal is to find the best course of treatment that will reduce the need for medication and provide the greatest long-term benefit.

She always tried to help me find what I need and we actually talk and get down to some symptoms (cause I have a list of health issues, I'm on disability) that she can help me with, I really like her and feel totally comfortable around her
