Biography
I am Ashley Radcliff, PT, DPT,a licensed physical therapist. At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, East hospital location. I specialize in orthopedic rehabilitation and physical therapy for individuals recovering from injury/surgery or seeking to improve functional movement and strength. My practice focuses on strength training, fall prevention, mobility enhancement, manual therapy, dry needling and personalized rehabilitation plans that help patients return to the activities that matter most to them.
As a physical therapist in the Department of Rehabilitation Services I partner with patients to develop individualized treatment plans centered on their goals. Whether someone is recovering from a surgery, managing a musculoskeletal condition or working to regain function for daily activities, I believe successful recovery is built on a strong therapeutic relationship between physical therapist and patient, the patient’s active participation and a commitment to the rehabilitation process.
My passion for physical therapy grew from my own experiences as an athlete and recovering from injuries. Having participated in competitive soccer, distance running, CrossFit, Pilates and Lagree training, I understand the importance of helping people return to activities and routines they enjoy. I use evidence-based approaches including manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, strength training, and mobility-focused interventions to help patients move better, feel stronger and achieve lasting results.
In addition to patient care, I serve as the Student Clinical Coordinator of Education for The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center East Hospital, supporting clinical education experiences for occupational and physical therapy students across outpatient and inpatient services. I am committed to mentoring future rehabilitation professionals and advancing excellence in patient care.
My professional recognitions include the Clinical Excellence Award and the Random Acts of Kindness Award.
