Biography
I am an endocrinologist specializing in managing benign and malignant adrenal and pituitary tumors. I also treat patients for diabetes and conditions including thyroid disorders, osteoporosis and hyperparathyroidism. I excel in analyzing lab results and interpreting tests within the context of each case, being mindful of potential pitfalls related to laboratory findings. I approach diagnostic challenges comprehensively and consider all relevant variables.
My patients can expect a personalized approach tailored to their individual goals and values. I actively listen to my patients' concerns and involve them in the decision-making process as much as possible. I always take the time to educate my patients about their conditions and the management strategies available, providing clear explanations of test results and treatment options. As part of a multidisciplinary adrenal tumor team, I also collaborate with other specialists to evaluate patients comprehensively.
I am deeply committed to academic medicine and I’m excited to further develop my clinical skills by working on complex cases. I’m proud to contribute to innovative research here at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, which currently includes working on clinical trials for adrenal and pituitary diseases with the goal of improving patient care. I also contribute to multicenter research projects through our institution's partnership with the American-Australian-Asian Adrenal Alliance.
My role also includes helping to educate and mentor the next generation of physicians. I am a clinical assistant professor of Internal Medicine at The Ohio State University College of Medicine.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.

Excellent provider- I was a new patient, so she listened intently to my bone loss concerns
I was not treated well. I waited for this appt for about 4 to 6 mths. Then she didnt listen to the issues I have been experiencing. She totally disregarded my health concerns.
The doctor was very thoughtful she went over my chart thoroughly and I did tell her that there was a discrepancy because I am not a type two diabetic. I have always been a type one.

I appreciated Dr Eden's interest in my medical history as it pertained to the issue being addressed. She was easy to talk to, did not rush, and answered questions fully, providing thorough answers to questions.
She seemed to judge me for my mental health and Ignore what I was there for. She seemed like she didn't want to help me and acted like there was nothing wrong with me.
This is the only time someone gave me any answers to my problems
I was in need of a second opinion for my next steps in my medical care. She listened well, answered my many questions patiently, and provided information I needed to make my decision.

Very nice experience. I came with my medical records pertinent to the visit organized and available, specifically because it was a first visit. I knew precisely what my issues and concerns were. I was simply looking for an expert to help me sort it out. And I was pleased with the outcome.

She was very attentive and receptive to my health history. It was challenging because a lot was on multiple different my charts and some outside charts.
Dr. Even was excellent, explained everything so I understood, took her time, and is an excellent doctor in my opinion.

She seems to know her stuff, but she's not personable and difficult to talk to. I think she may have smiled at me for the first time during this visit. I don't expect her to be the epitome of joy but average friendly would be nice.
