I am a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in neurological surgery at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I provide care for patients undergoing neurosurgical procedures, supporting them through pre-operative planning and post-operative recovery.
My patients can rely on me for compassionate, detail-oriented care and clear communication. I work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure each patient receives personalized support throughout their surgical journey.

Dr Spencer was very friendly. He listened well to my questions and agreed to consult with Dr Grossbach about the waiting time before we could schedule my next, and hopefully final surgery. I would definitely recommend any of my friends or family come see him.
Did not seam to get how miserable I am with my back and neck. When I told him about my reoccurring headaches and the continued pain in my thoracic spine area provider didn't seam to acknowledge what I was saying. He did offer Botox for the neck issues and a CT Scan I am guessing for just the lumbar spine area. The pain and sensation of being locked up I don't believe will be addressed.
I have not succeeded in engaging this provider in exploration of the discomforts and problems that have followed my surgery to an extent that alleviates my concerns, including one possible problem the surgeon had described at our original consultation. If my concerns perdure, I will be a bit more insistent at my final follow-up.
