About Me
As a certified nurse practitioner working in physical medicine and rehabilitation, I help patients with general rehabilitation after they’ve endured a spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury or stroke. I also assist with intrathecal baclofen pump management and refill. My goal is to empower patients to take a central role in their care by involving them in the formulation and management of their own individualized care plans.
I am proud to work at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical center where I feel a sense of fulfillment in helping patients achieve their health goals and pursue a higher quality of life. I enjoy the opportunity to continuously learn from some of the nation's most exemplary physicians and healthcare providers.
In my free time I enjoying watching comedy shows and following my favorite sports teams – specifically the Cincinnati Bengals, Cincinnati Reds and, of course, the Buckeyes.

Dominic is excellent except his eyes are on the computer and he rarely makes eye contact. However, he is excellent at his job and I like him.
He is friendly, communicative & caring. I deeply appreciate his time. He coordinated our visit w/Dr. Luke. It is the coordination of neurology & neurosurgery that is hard to accomplish & takes a lot longer than one might guess. However, mission accomplished.
