Biography

As a cardiothoracic surgery nurse practitioner at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, I assist with cardiothoracic surgery, valve replacements, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) and placing left ventricular assist devices (LVAD).

I love making a positive difference in my patients’ lives and helping them achieve the best health outcomes. I believe in advocating for what is best for each patient and casting aside any judgements that may arise.

I believe that Ohio State’s Ross Heart Hospital stands for excellence. I feel privileged to work with amazing teammates who all strive to provide the best patient care. The Ross is like my second home and I couldn’t imagine working anywhere else.

In my free time, I love doing yoga. It’s my Zen to the chaos of life. I’m even a certified yoga instructor!
