Emily was enthusiastic, asked great questions, clarified responses, explained everything thoroughly. Treated me like a person, not a patient, which I appreciated.
Emily was very through and informative.
My care provide for a fantastic job
Excellent
Emily was great. I believe her procedures actually cleared up the feeling of fullness and cracking in my right ear. I'd had this problem for a year and neither my primary care doctor nor the doctor in emergency care saw anything when the looked in my ear. Emily's tools and abilities were better and my outcome seems to be much better.
She seems thorough
Provided deep cleaning with careExplained procedure in detailRecommended MRI exam
Emily could not be any better. Always knows what is going on with me compared to past visits. Just excellent care.
During treatment for ear cleaning provider was careful to avoid causing any discomfort.
The best...always makes me feel comfortable and always ask about me and my concerns.

All good!!

Extremely skilled with dementia patient and supportive of caregiver
Outstanding, listens, explains and makes you feel comfortable. Does not rush you
She was awesome very friendly and spoke very kindly to me.
Very Helpful
She was able to point out a finding of extra tissue on my uvala that I should monitor to see if it causes pain or hardening.
Emily CNP always carefully and completely assesses my health status so she and I can develop a treatment plan that she implements and instructs me on to ensure a positive outcome - she always evaluates the current plan at the next follow up visit to adjust any treatments or goals.
