Biography
I became a pharmacist because it’s a privilege to help people achieve and maintain their health care goals. As a pharmacy manager in ambulatory care with the Department of Family and Community Medicine, I collaborate with other medical providers to help manage conditions including diabetes, obesity, hypertension, HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis and nicotine use disorder. I am passionate about helping patients optimally control their health conditions by offering education on lifestyle changes, medication management and goal setting. In addition, I am active in professional organizations including the American Pharmacists Association, the Ohio Pharmacists Association and the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists.
