I am a board-certified nurse midwife and women’s health nurse practitioner at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center committed to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care. After working as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit nurse, I was inspired to transition to midwifery because of the opportunity to help improve pregnancy and neonatal outcomes.
I have extensive experience with both low-intervention and higher-risk pregnancies, and I have additional certification in electronic fetal monitoring. It’s a privilege to support patients and their families through such an exciting moment in their lives, and they can always rely on me for high-quality, compassionate care.
In addition to labor and birth support, my clinical interests include contraception counseling and preventive health care. I am passionate about educating and empowering my patients to make informed health care decisions that enhance their outcomes and quality of life.
Outside of work, I enjoy cruising with my family and supporting my children in their sports, music and Scouting activities.
