Biography

I specialize in rehabilitation psychology and neuropsychology at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. My practice focuses on helping individuals recovering from brain injuries, stroke and other neurological conditions address the emotional, cognitive and functional challenges that can affect daily life.

As a rehabilitation psychologist, I am committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. I work closely with patients as they navigate the disabling effects of chronic illnesses or newly acquired injuries , helping them build adaptive coping strategies and move toward their personal recovery goals.

My background in neuropsychology and research has given me a deep understanding of how cognitive, emotional and social factors influence health, quality of life and everyday functioning. This experience informs my approach to care and allows me to support patients receiving neurorehabilitation services with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges they may face.

In addition to working directly with patients undergoing neurorehabilitation, I also value supporting caregivers and helping them develop skills and resources that promote resilience and well-being while caring for loved ones. My goal is to partner with patients and families to foster healthy adjustment, strengthen coping skills and enhance overall recovery.
