About Me
As an interventional cardiologist, I specialize in complex coronary artery disease, valve disorders and chronic total occlusions of coronaries. I believe that medical care should be a team effort among the physician, medical staff, family and most importantly, the patient. I strive to provide individualized care that’s tailored specifically to my patients’ needs and do my best to simplify complex problems so they can make informed decisions about treatment plans. I’m motivated to positively influence the health and lives of others.
It’s exciting being part of such a great university and academic medical center, and I appreciate the opportunity to work with many talented colleagues and providers at Ohio State. I also enjoy participating in clinical trials as well as teaching and mentoring the physicians of the future. My primary research interest is translational research that explores unique family genetics of early onset coronary artery disease.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
