About Me
I specialize in treating shoulder, elbow and knee disorders and injuries for all age groups and advocate for treating orthopedic injuries in the least invasive way possible. It starts with looking at non-operative approaches and, if surgery is needed, we use the most minimally invasive arthroscopic techniques.
I enjoy teaching medical students, residents and fellows about the newest advances in keeping joints healthy and functioning. As an outdoor enthusiast, I'm passionate about getting individuals back to the physical activities they enjoy and sharing this passion with future physicians. Additionally, I’ve spent time in South America, Japan and Europe giving lectures and observing local orthopedic surgeries.
In my spare time, I enjoy extreme skiing and mountain biking. I have completed Colorado’s Leadville 100 Mile Mountain Bike Race, widely regarded as the top and most grueling mountain bike race in North America, as well as New York’s Whiteface Mountain/Wilmington 100K mountain bike race multiple times.

Dr. Grant was courteous, friendly and focused. He is exceptional. He listens carefully.
I have had no bad experiences with anyone at your facility.
Very polite.
Very kind, listened to me, provided information about my x-ray and next steps in treatment
"The best."
Listened to what I had to say attentively.
Very caring, good listener, knowledgeable.
Dr. Jones is always professional, respectful, friendly and concerned.
Dr. Jones has cared for my ortho needs for 20 yrs. Wouldn't go to anyone else for any care within his specialties!
Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, easy to talk to
My provider was thorough checking which specific body parts were contributing to my pain. He clearly stated nothing was torn. My only "complaint" is that my visit notes said I had signs of arthritis in my X-ray and I'm not sure if there is any follow up care required for that
Dr. Jones was thorough in his review of the tests and healing process. He is a caring professional.
Caring and knowledge. Took time to LISTEN to me and my husband
Dr. Jones is the best. He does a great job!
He explained in details to my health issue both verbally and virtually very well and provided various options
I resect Dr. Jones' work. He operated on me 2-3 yrs. ago for rotator cuff tear.
Dr. Jones has been awesome from my first visit to my last. I have all praise for his skill as a surgeon to his friendly bedside manners. He made me feel comfortable as well as my wife who has many years in the medical profession. OSU is very fortunate to have him on your staff.

Good experience
He is always professional
Excellent - Had background information, provided sincere evaluation in easily understood Layman's discussion. Described the issues and possible considerations for treatment. Great in depth discussion, with personal dedication.
Great experience. Felt provider listened and created a plan for future. Dr Li and Dr Jones both took the time to listen to an 18 year old and not just blow me off like some have in the past
The DOCTOR is extremely kind, professional and engaging. His staff should reach out however if a patient is going to wait an hour. Our time is important too.
Really like my doctor & would go back to him if I need help again.

Good keep up the good work.
was very thorough in answering my questions
A lot of faith in Dr. Grant Jones - we get along well! He's a, "A game guy!"
Dr. Jones was excellent. His fellow was excellent as well.
Dr. Grant Jones was fabulous. He was approachable, polite, attentive, clear. He listened with apparent concern and did not in any way seem to minimize my symptoms. He wasn't alarmist, which was great. He made a treatment suggestion that made total sense to me. I would recommend him 100% and would see him again any time. I also thought it was great that someone entered some xray orders prior to my visit, even though my appt was scheduled within fewer than 24 hours of seeing Dr. Jones.
EXCELLENT Kind Caring Compassionate Very Knowledgeable Very Capable Complete Trust
very conscientious
Answered all my questions and was very professional.
Amazing. So thoughtful and well-informed. Kind and caring, but so smart, too. Superlative!
Good. I visited as a follow-up per new OSU Family doc's request. I continue to appreciate Dr. Jones' grasp of my medical big picture as it relates to joint issues.
