Biography

I am Hector Nava, MS, PA-C, and I care for patients with liver conditions at Ohio State University Physicians. My practice as a physician assistant focuses on conditions such as hepatitis B and C, liver cirrhosis and a range of adult liver conditions. I specialize in fatty liver, liver cancers and liver diseases, and provide evidence-based, personalized care.

I went into medicine because I wanted to build meaningful relationships with patients while making a tangible difference in their lives. As a physician assistant, I help patients understand their conditions and ensure that they feel informed and involved in decisions about their health. I believe that clear communication and shared decision-making are essential to delivering high-quality care.
