About Me

Dr. Rempala runs a vibrant generalist clinical practice at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center located at the Upper Arlington Outpatient Care building, on 1800 Zollinger Road in Columbus, OH. She specialized in helping adults with executive functions deficits (Adult ADHD) and with sleep disturbances (for example: insomnia, circadian rhythm disorders). She has a unique expertise in helping older adults sleep well.

Dr. Rempala is trained in both dynamic and cognitive-behavioral approaches to psychotherapy. She introduces new, evidence-based approaches into her work on regular basis and has extensive clinical experience. She teaches psychology interns, psychiatry residents and fellows in sleep medicine the behavioral approaches to treating sleep disorders and ADHD in adult patients. She coordinates the Sleep Psychology services for her Department.

Dr. Rempala earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at the University of Warsaw, Poland, and her PhD in 1999 at Bowling Green State University, in Ohio. She completed her internship at the University of Louisville Medical School and her post-doctoral year experience as the clinical trial coordinator for the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) research study in Louisville, KY. She holds licenses to practice clinical psychology in Kentucky and Ohio and is board certified in clinical psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology. In 2018, she became a BCIA-certified neurofeedback provider and in 2022 she became the BCIA Associate Fellow.
