Biography
I run a vibrant generalist clinical practice at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center located at the Upper Arlington Outpatient Care building, on 1800 Zollinger Road in Columbus, OH. I specialize in helping adults with executive functions deficits (Adult ADHD) and with sleep disturbances (for example: insomnia, circadian rhythm disorders). I have a unique expertise in helping older adults sleep well.
I am trained in both dynamic and cognitive-behavioral approaches to psychotherapy. I introduce new, evidence-based approaches into my work on regular basis and have extensive clinical experience.
