Dr. A is intelligent, kind, compassionate, attentive and genuinely concerned about me, my health, both mental and physical. She is easy to talk with and takes the time to listen to concerns and explain in a clear, concise way what is going on without making the patient feel like she is "dumbing it down." It is like having coffee with a friend, she puts the patient that at ease. Therefore, I never hesitate to contact her with whatever is on my mind regarding my physical and mental health. I'm grateful for her service and honored to be a patient.

She was excellent, her accent was difficult but she willingly repeated when I asked her.
She was excellent. I had a new physical problem, she diagnosed the symptoms properly, ordered X-Rays, and then communicated back with me when the X-rays were available. This was one of my best experiences at Wexner medical. She was familiar with my medical history, but correctly recognized that my new problem had to be diagnosed separately.
My health care provider is exceptional. Always listens. Always provides encouragement. Always follows up when I ask questions through MyChart. Always concerned about my physical and emotional well being.
Dr. Aranguren is thorough. She's highly knowledgeable, listens carefully, remembers details about health concerns, and is extremely supportive when patients express concerns. By providing her with documentation that details my health history and any concerns, she's quick to catch anything that could be a cause for concern and therefore provides the best possible care, since she has the information she needs. My prescription wasn't called into/sent to the pharmacy as is usually the case by the time I'm leaving the doctor's office. So by the end of the day, the pharmacy confirmed they hadn't received anything from my doctor's office. I notified Dr. Aranguren via MyChart and she was quick to correct the error, but I didn't get the prescription until the next day. I appreciate that a staff member called me to ensure I'd been able to get the prescription, so the follow-through is good.
