I am a nurse practitioner specializing in adult family medicine. My role at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is focused on helping patients manage chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hypothyroidism and asthma.
I appreciate the commitment to multidisciplinary care here at Ohio State and my approach to care is centered on teamwork. Before becoming a board-certified nurse practitioner, I spent more than a decade working as a registered nurse in a variety of settings.

She always listens to what I have to say regarding my health. I try to do things more natural, as I experience side effects to every medication I've ever been prescribed. She allows me to try healthy alternatives like diet and exercise in lieu of pre-emptively putting me on medications that have caused medical issues in the past as long as it's safe.
No complaints. Jaimie is very intelligent and knowledgeable.

Jaimie is great! She REALLY listens to me and provides options in plain language, highlights risks and makes recommendations. Easy to talk to and responds quickly on MyChart. I wish all my care providers were more like her.
Nonchalant. She left the room after handwriting a comment on my summary page, handed it to me and left the room before I could question her. I wanted to have info regarding my previous mri.
She listened to my concerns and gave me the information that I needed to take care of some of my concerns.
Provider and I seem to have similar values, and I was able to be very open with her during our session without fear.
