Dr. Jaimie Z is my provider. This was my first/new patient visit. She actively listened to all of my health concerns. She then put steps in place to begin the process of figuring out what is going on with me physically. She immediately ordered blood work. She also ordered xrays. Bc of my recent memory issues, she sent a referral for me to have neuro-cognitive testing. I just moved to OH so I only have a dentist and psychiatric nurse practitioner. Dr Z referred me to a GYN. We discussed my medical history and detail.I have had to put my physical health and issues on hold for over a year due to life circumstances. I was concerned that a new PCP would not fully listen to all of my concerns. I am immensely grateful that Dr. Jaimie Z took a proactive approach to begin assessing all of my health issues

Jaimie is a good listener. Her questions are direct and she explains things carefully. Also, she makes referrals so I can stay up to date with my health needs.
My provider was a dream. I've been seeing a different PCP who makes it clear that she wants me the appointment finished asap and who has zero curiosity about my concerns, dismissing everything with "it's probably stress." My provider here was actually patient and interested. It was honestly the best experience with a medical provider I've had in years.
