Biography
After graduating from The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy in 2014, I completed my PGY1 Community Pharmacy Residency at Health Partners of Western Ohio, where I provided clinical pharmacy services within a federally qualified health center (FQHC). I delivered extensive medication and disease state education for chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. I’m passionate about empowering and helping patients to improve their health and wellness.
Before joining Ohio State Family Medicine, I worked at an outside hospital to develop a disease state management clinic for patients with COPD. I also provided comprehensive medication education and management for patients recently discharged from the hospital. I’m committed to working as part of an integrated healthcare team to provide high-quality care and education to patients.
In my free time, I enjoy running, spending time with family and friends, and watching reality television.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 11/3/2025, Dr. Bailey has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
