Occupational Therapist
I graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy and began my career in home health and skilled nursing care. I have 23 years of experience in OT (Occupational Therapist), 20 years being at Wexner Medical Center at OSU (Ohio State University). During the first 13 years at OSU, I worked specifically with orthopedic trauma, intensive care/ trauma and burn care population. I then received a specialized certification for hand therapy in 2017 and moved to the outpatient Hand Therapy Team. I enjoy working with various upper extremity diagnoses including: carpal tunnel syndrome, orthopedic/ traumatic injuries including burns and fractures, stiffness/ pain to shoulders, elbows and wrists, etc. I have initiated quarterly Hand Therapy Focus Group meetings for the OSU Hand Center to bridge communicate and collaboration with all members of the Upper Extremity team across multi center sites.
I enjoy spending my free time with my husband and son and lives in Worthington. I enjoys traveling, hiking, and running.
