Biography
I have experience working with a wide range of patient populations, and I currently work primarily with transplant patients. I enjoy providing patient and family education and training in preparation for transition to the patient’s home environment. I am passionate about helping my patients achieve their unique, client-centered goals, and is interested in the use of technology to maximize the independence of my patients in their daily lives. Outside of acute care, I have experience working with transition-aged young adults to maximize their independence in work, school and community activities.
