Biography

I am John Lee, MD, and I specialize in diagnostic radiology and interventional radiology at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. My practice focuses on radiology and diagnostic imaging, using advanced imaging and minimally invasive procedures to help diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions.

I chose a career in medicine because I have always been drawn to science and to helping others. During my undergraduate education, I participated in medical mission trips to Panama and Honduras, where I worked alongside physicians and saw firsthand the impact that compassionate, skilled care can have on patients and communities. Those experiences inspired me to pursue medicine as a career.

As a physician with dual specialties in diagnostic radiology and interventional radiology, I combine innovative technology with patient-centered care. Interventional radiology allows me to provide minimally invasive treatments that can deliver significant health and quality-of-life benefits while minimizing risk and recovery time. Whether I am interpreting imaging studies or performing image-guided procedures, I provide thoughtful, precise care that helps patients achieve the best possible outcomes.
