I am a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in internal medicine at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I provide primary care services, including preventive care and chronic disease management. My patients can rely on me for high quality, compassionate care and honest communication in every encounter.

Appreciate that the provider was helpful, a good listener, knowledgeable, and ordered lab tests as a precaution.
Jordan was wonderful. She addressed my concerns and answered all my questions. She listened to me and was empathetic when I became tearful. She explained my medication changes and etc. She was very professional yet friendly. She made me feel comfortable enough to share with her.

Jordan was truly amazing. I was really impressed by her ability to express real concern while listening to me, her thoroughness looking at my records, and ability to prescribe me meds & order tests in the short amount of time OSU lets providers spend with their patients. Nothing felt rushed at all and I really felt cared for.
