I am a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in internal medicine at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Appreciate that the provider was helpful, a good listener, knowledgeable, and ordered lab tests as a precaution.
Jordan was wonderful. She addressed my concerns and answered all my questions. She listened to me and was empathetic when I became tearful. She explained my medication changes and etc. She was very professional yet friendly. She made me feel comfortable enough to share with her.
