Biography
As an endocrinologist in the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism, I believe in a patient-centered approach to help people achieve their health goals. I specialize in treating all forms of diabetes and I enjoy helping patients manage their condition, reduce the risk of complications, and live the highest quality of life possible. The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center fosters a working environment where creativity and collaboration are encouraged, leading to advanced patient care and research advancements, and I am proud to be part of this team.
My experience in academic medicine has encouraged me to build lasting partnerships, with the goal of working together to develop innovative therapies and promote excellence in patient care. In that spirit, I’ve also held various leadership roles with Cardi-OH, an Ohio Medicaid-funded learning collaborative created to disseminate best practices in cardiology care and reduce health care disparities.
Outside of work, I enjoy running, hiking and taking road trips with my family.
