Biography
As a plastic and reconstructive surgeon specializing in facial care, I am particularly passionate about helping patients regain function after an injury or illness. My training was highly focused on treating patients with facial nerve injury and facial paralysis. In my role at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, I offer minimally invasive in-office procedures and injections, and I perform more extensive surgeries in the operating room.
I recognize that a facial diagnosis can seem daunting or scary, but my patients can trust that I will do all I can to find a solution that helps them achieve their goals. In addition, I value education and open, honest communication. I take the time to ensure patients thoroughly understand their condition and treatment options so they can make informed decisions about their care. I truly enjoy helping people and I also appreciate that this specialty allows me to develop more intimate, long-lasting relationships with my patients.
It’s a privilege to be part of such a talented and dedicated team here at the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center. The experience and enthusiasm of my colleagues is invigorating and encouraging. The Department of Otolaryngology also has the size and expertise to treat the most challenging and nuanced conditions, and I am thrilled for the opportunity to help advance facial nerve care for our patients.
In addition to my clinical responsibilities, my research focuses on strategies to improve the caliber and consistency of care for patients with facial nerve disorders and paralysis. This involves exploring novel treatments and expanding access to high-quality treatments.
I’ve had the good fortune of training with some of the most respected and accomplished specialists in my field. It’s an honor to share that knowledge and passion with the next generation of physicians in my role as a clinical assistant professor of Otolaryngology at The Ohio State University College of Medicine.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the world through the lens of photography, listening to music and mountain biking.

Consulting and related relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. Great care and spent time answering my questions
This was only the 2nd time I saw Dr. Quinn. We got a long fine.
The doctor did not introduce himself upon entering the room. Once he realized I needed to schedule with a college to perform surgical interventions outside his scope, he became uninterested in the visit. He did not explain his findings of procedures conducted during this visit or explain benefits of interventions beyond his scope. He was dismissive of my questions and concerns.
