Biography
Kristi has over 20 years of experience in the medical field and maintains a special certification in critical care. She has been with the Department of Neurology for over five years. Her clinical interests include the MS Quality of Life (QOL) Clinic, which focuses on diet, exercise and lifestyle modification to improve QOL for MS patients. QOL Clinic screening tools can help direct appropriate referrals for comprehensive care of complex patients in our MS Multidisciplinary Symptomatic Clinic. Kristi’s other interests include pregnancy planning for MS patients, MS disease education, and clinical research.

APP Epstein came in on her day off to take care of my needs. The office in Gahanna was terrible and she went out of her way to fix what they did wrong.

I During my recent neurological symptom flare, I felt that Kristi Epstein did not take the necessary actions without my repeated requests for assistance. It seems that she and Dr. Gyang are not focused on tracking my specific symptoms. However, I was fortunate that the office manager attended my appointment, which led to my referral to three appropriate healthcare providers. I also had the opportunity to inform Kristi about my ongoing vision loss in my left eye, which has not been addressed. Additionally, I was able to ensure that my latest medication was ordered correctly. The presence of the office manager made a significant difference in my experience.
