Biography
I am a clinical pharmacist with General Internal Medicine and currently practicing at our Ohio State Outpatient Care Dublin location. I received my Bachelor of Science from Xavier University, Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy and I completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency with a primary care focus. I am a Board Certified Ambulatory Care Specialist (BCACP).
I believe patients should obtain the best evidence based health care and advice on their medications. Assuring patients understand and are able to follow the providers agreed upon plan without barriers to their medications is a priority. I assist by providing pharmacy clinical services collaborating with physicians to design therapeutic monitoring plans for patients. I perform comprehensive medication reviews and works with patients to reach goals for their diabetes, hypertension, weight management and other chronic disease states. I also share responsibilities with the team of GIM pharmacists to provide transitional care management and population health management across OSU GIM practice sites.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 11/3/2025, Dr. Kirk has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
