Lauren is the exact kind of care provider you want, she is prompt, she listens, she will advocate for you. She helped get the Dasco medical rep at her office to follow up with me over a medical supply restock issue I mentioned. Lauren takes time to make sure you're feeling heard. I wish all my OSU doctor experiences were people like Lauren.
