I am Luke Tilmans, MD, and I specialize in diagnostic radiology, with expertise in neuroimaging, at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. My practice focuses on the interpretation of medical imaging studies to support timely diagnoses and treatment decisions, particularly in emergency care settings.
