Dr Wirtz spent a good amount of time with me and asked me very detailed questions. She was thorough, and gave very clear explanations. She responded to my blood work very quickly. She also gave explanations for all recommendations

The very polite and gentle young lady, she asked a lot about me conducted an inspection she asked about my parents and children gave some health advice and recommended some tests she told me how to contact her in case of urgent need of help. Very professional and calm.

This was my very first appointment with this provider. My primary care doctor left OSU so I had to change providers. I had a good experience with this provider and feel comfortable going back to her.

Listened to my concern about odd result in an x-ray. Consulted a specialist and followed up with me after the visit, ordering some bloodwork.

Thoughtful and kind

We had a primary care physician at OSU Rardin Family Practice that we had seen for several years and had been very happy with. At the end of February she left the practice. My mother was given another primary care physician at Rardin and was happy with her. She had referred my mother to Neurology which resulted in an early Alzheimer's diagnosis. She also had referred my mother to Physical Therapy which has been very useful in improving my mother's strength and balance thereby reducing chances of falling. My mother saw her twice and I hadn't yet seen this second PCP when she also moved on from the practice. We were very disappointed and apprehensive about finding a new doctor. When I expressed the desire to get a doctor that would be available to us for the foreseeable future I was referred to a patient advisor who helped us find Dr.Wirtz. She was wonderful. We are both very happy with her. We are very comfortable with her skill level and her patient relationship skills. On the way home, my mother and I both said at the same time, we are very lucky to have found her.

This was a visit to establish care. Dr. Wirtz was very thorough, kind and took a lot of time talking about history and current condition.
