About Me
I am a sleep medicine specialist with a background in neurology at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I enjoy sleep medicine because helping patients get better sleep can have a dramatic and positive effect on many other aspects of their lives.
I have a particular interest in sleep disordered breathing in patients who have neuromuscular disease. I have also played an active role in developing the outpatient sleep medicine upper airway stimulator program for obstructive sleep apnea.
I am Program Director of the Sleep Medicine Fellowship and am involved with sleep medicine education in various other capacities as well.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.

Everything was great
Great
This appointment could have been a telehealth. All the doctor did was refer me to a sleep study. She showed no interest or concern about my sleep quality due to dreaming/nightmares.
Dr Khan is excellent
She was very friendly and professional and explained everything about my Inspire that was easily understood. She also made sure I should message her if I had any concerns or questions.
Very nice. Made me feel comfortable during my visit.
Dr. Khan was compassionate and understanding of my situation. She made sure I was doing well with my treatment. She actually cared about my condition.
Dr. Khan is okay.
She tells you the pros & cons of treatment; procedures; surgeries, & meds as related to my sleep apnea.
Helpful, attentive, intelligent, organized.
Dr. Khan was interested and engaged during the visit about my insomnia. This was my first visit. She provided me with specific recommendations & told me to feel free to re-contact her office if I had any follow-up issues or concerns. We scheduled a follow-up telehealth consult.
Not willing to go above and beyond anything to help or research my health situation. If what she tries doesn't work then, not willing to look into other proven methods. Very sad. Closed minded. Doesn't care.
My doctor was amazing, just like all the providers I have seen at OSU. We are so fortunate to have such a great group of providers!
Dr. Khan is an excellent sleep physician.
Professional, caring timely.
Dr. Khan took the time to read my currently very complicated health history and had a really good grasp on what my issues are. She was kind and patient and discussed my condition and the steps that she will be taking as a part of my healthcare team to not only give me symptomatic relief but also to work toward a solution to get me healed.
Attentive, complete
Excellent.
Dr. Khan is great. Very nice & knowledgeable. If every provider did as well as she does, it would be great!
