It was my first time seeing Dr. Souriel and it was the first time seeing an urologist since 2017. He always spoke to me looking straight at my eyes and he also did the same when I spoke to him (this is something I really appreciate because English is not my maternal language and my pronunciation is not the best; when native English speakers do what he did, for me it means that they are 100% paying attention to what I'm saying).

Dr. Sourial helped me pick the best procedure for my kidney stone removal. I feel great and am very happy with the results. I regard Dr. Sourial as a healer.

Provider seemed hurried, semi-friendly. He seemed very technically competent but with little time to waste talking to patient. Barely listened, dismissive of concerns I expressed, offered no medical explanations or information beyond casual impersonal response to questions I posed. I kind of felt like I was wasting his time, quite honestly.

He does not seem to have expected apathy or sincerely care about my situation/problem.
