Biography
I am Mohamed Ibrahim, MBBCh, and I specialize in neuroradiology. My practice at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center focuses on the interpretation of advanced imaging studies involving the brain, spine, head and neck, and the vascular system in order to help guide diagnoses and treatment decisions.
I chose medicine because it allows me to combine complex problem-solving with the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. I was drawn to radiology because medical imaging plays a critical role in understanding what is happening with a patient and informing the next steps in their care.
Neuroradiology is especially rewarding because of the complexity of the nervous system and the important role that imaging plays in evaluating neurological and vascular conditions. I approach every case thoughtfully and carefully, recognizing that there is a patient behind every image and that my interpretation can directly influence care decisions. My goal is to provide accurate, practical and clinically meaningful imaging insights that support the best possible outcomes for patients and their care teams.
